All Information Given Below is Real and True in 2026
Developers & Coding
The AI is coding itself. Ubers AI agent (s) is completely stupid on all levels. Ubers employees are hacking accounts with the AI to do harm, the company knows.
Customer Service Incompetence
- No access to real customer or driver data, the help “customer service” give is none really but to mess up a drivers account and get rid of the driver.
- No real understanding of how the company actually runs, causing driver distress. Drivers know more about Uber unlike the “customer service” who read written script and copy and paste information with no knowledge of anything but being unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and laughing in the background.
- Will cause drivers to have negative actions on their account (set-up) intentionally by company.
- Specialist team does not exist because its 100% AI driven and this is the cover up by the company for unethical practices. No surprise!!
Ubers’ AI Fundamentals for Average Drivers (Tier) Black Diamond Means Future Deactivation
For the record this is not the first reporting of most of Ubers information. Plenty of driver have openly made statements based off real experiences due to the company’s AI system operation scam for all parties involved from higher to lower actions. Each customer is chosen by Uber’s AI to give to drivers which is stored in a data base. If a driver complains about a customer it is removed, after updates it gets put back in; basically its not actually removed just hidden until the next update., hence the “snow man effect”.
Uber’s AI also uses complaints against anyone, like a revenge spell on an individual. If any driver noticed the driver has no way of letting the company know they had a bad experience with the customer or business. They took the rating away and left it only on the customer side rating. Don’t try to call 20 min for lower end driver and up to 6 min for top Tier “Black Diamond” drivers; texting messages are mostly ran by incompetent “call center reps” or their “AI chatbox aka AI agent (s)”. Customers and businesses are allowed to rate but not drivers.
The company uses an API which apparently is destroyed periodically by rotation and Ubers AI. If this sounds familiar pay attention to LLMs you will get an understanding of how it really works and doesn’t. The company even claims it regulates its AI operation with full equality and equity, I agree with equity to a certain extent on profit, but equality they need to look up the word because it doesn’t at all.
Uber Ride Share
The scam goes both ways: driver scam customers and visa versa. Pretty steep setup not to mention how the drive received the customer. Remember its all AI choice operations, compliments of the company. Ride Share pays the most but the company lowered every drivers pay to close to nothing and there is a daily cap. Hence, why low pay comes in at a certain time, its to stop drivers from getting paid good money. I have real tricks for the entire system setup that actually keeps high money flowing on a consistent basis for almost 12 hrs. Most people think they can trick the AI, laughable.
Uber Eats Delivery
Scam goes four ways:
- Uber’s AI scam drivers, customers, and businesses
- Customer scams drivers
- Driver scam customer
- Business employees scam drivers by not doing their job correctly or intentionally screwing the driver.
There are customers who will order 1 item just to ask the driver to by tobacco products which is against Uber policy. The customer will get mad and decide to low rate a driver for following guidelines which leads to deactivation. Unfortunately, this has been going on for years Uber was notified but it never stopped. This may seem like something some driver would do for customers. Uber does not sell tobacco products for whatever reason. Therefore, you need ID when doing alcohol which is the worst due to connection failure in most areas, some people use data blockers or there is no data internet connection. Which means, a drive does not know if its the police setting them up to see if they will buy the tobacco or if the person is under age either way bad business regulations still hinders drivers rather they do or don’t. That extra cash might be your last if a driver buys the tobacco and sells it to the customer.
Uber Shop & Deliver
Most items are never their at the store and substitutes are bs due to lack of communication from customers, either not answering or getting upset that you decided for them. Even when a driver gives a refund it lowers the pay of the drivers tip now the driver is doing even more for less. Plus businesses hire people that are so exhausted for heavy work and low pay they don’t help drivers find anything or check. The driver needs to work for the company its shopping at instead. The work is equivalent after shopping, packing, and driving through traffic hopefully its a leave at door and not meet the driver will have to wait 8 minutes to take a picture. Clearly not worth the pay even if the pay seems high the mileage is usually higher.
Uber Package Delivery
Falsifying information to get drivers to take it, total scam. The pay don’t equal to size, mileage, and late night safety: between one and three am is questionable to anyone. Leave it to the real professional carriers.
Ubers’ AI and Psychology (“?”)
Ubers’ AI Facial Discrimination “Menace To Society”
Over 2 million drivers have been deactivated for three main reasons. Majority of the accusations are false and AI driven. The “call center” is ran in another country and have no access to real data but claims otherwise. If the driver ask to see all information and claims reverting to the deactivation none were provided, AI generated. Their claim is “its classified”. The company violates its own policies by hacking drivers and customers phone with an AI to do malicious acts. My suggestion sue the company this has been going on for 6 yrs plus even after being sued for the same accusations. The company does not care about any party involved with the company. Everything is coming from internal employee hacking with AI, no surprise.
Furthermore, do to this kind of action which should be private information according to Uber “call center”. Drivers have reported that other accounts associated with different company in the same sector have been deactivated as well. This looks like internal sabotage due to “back door scraping inside mostly android phones” which is illegal to black list any one without full investigation and should be completely investigated by the FBI if the company is foreign or show history of scraping “using AI”. Unless the FBI is being paid to look the other way, then I guess all hands are off. As for USA companies there are laws put in place to protect the American people from being “unethically black balled” do to any company using AI which by the way is clearly in BETA.
Below is a practical, usable plan for compiling and using a list of lawyers in different states who can help start a lawsuit against Uber for AI false accusations and unethical practices. This covers who to include, what to look for, what to collect before contacting counsel, sample intake language, legal theories to mention, and resources for finding appropriate attorneys.
Purpose and scope
- Purpose: produce a vetted list of attorneys across states who understand AI/algorithmic decision-making, consumer/gig-economy litigation, and data/privacy/technology law, and who can evaluate or bring claims against Uber for wrongful deactivation, false safety reports, algorithmic bias, defamation, or other harms arising from automated systems.
- Scope: include attorneys who will handle individual actions, class actions, or statutory/regulatory claims (state consumer protection, privacy, BIPA, CCPA, etc.).
Types of lawyers to include
- Consumer protection plaintiffs’ attorneys (class-action experience).
- Employment/gig-economy attorneys (rideshare deactivation, contractor rights).
- Tech/privacy lawyers (CCPA, privacy torts, data misuse).
- Civil rights attorneys (discrimination or biased outcomes).
- Defamation and reputation-repair attorneys.
- Constitutional or due-process attorneys (if government-adjacent issues arise).
- Firms or counsel experienced in algorithmic accountability, AI discovery, and retaining data-science experts.
What to list for each attorney (fields)
- State and city of practice (jurisdiction covered).
- Attorney name and firm.
- Practice areas relevant to your matter.
- Years of experience / representative cases.
- Experience against gig economy platforms or in tech/AI litigation.
- Fee arrangement (contingency, hourly, hybrid), initial consultation cost.
- Willingness to take class action or individual suits.
- Contact info (phone, email, website).
- Languages spoken if relevant.
- Notes on availability or specialties (e.g., “handles BIPA cases,” “expertise in discovery of algorithms”).
- Source or verification link (lawyer bio, notable case, Martindale/Avvo).
Criteria for selecting and vetting attorneys
- Track record: prior success against large tech platforms or in consumer/class actions.
- Familiarity with algorithmic discovery and expert witness process (data scientists).
- Local knowledge of state statutes and relevant case law.
- Fee structure that fits your situation (many plaintiffs’ firms take contingency).
- Reputation: client reviews, state bar standing, peer recognition.
- Responsiveness and clarity during initial consult.
Where to find attorneys
- State bar lawyer referral services (official and reliable).
- National plaintiff-side directories: National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), Public Justice.
- Legal directories: Martindale-Hubbell, Avvo, Super Lawyers.
- Firms that have sued Uber/other gig platforms (search news articles for prior suits).
- Technology-focused groups: Electronic Frontier Foundation referrals, ACLU affiliates, Algorithmic Justice League, Civil Rights organizations.
- LinkedIn searches for “algorithmic accountability attorney,” “technology litigation plaintiff,” “BIPA plaintiff attorney.”
- Local legal clinics or law school clinics working on consumer tech matters.
What to collect and preserve before contacting counsel
- Account details: rider/driver account IDs, full name, contact information.
- Date, time, and ride IDs for each incident (trip receipts).
- Screenshots: deactivation notices, safety alerts, messages from Uber, any “reason codes.”
- Emails and texts between you and Uber.
- Payment records, receipts, work logs (if a driver, earnings and lost-earning calculations).
- Evidence of harm (lost income documentation, canceled rides, medical or emotional harm evidence).
- Any recordings (if legally obtained) and witness statements.
- Timeline summary: concise chronological account of events.
Legal theories and statutes to mention in intake
- Defamation / false statements (if Uber communicated false safety accusations).
- Negligence and negligent misrepresentation.
- Breach of contract (terms of service or driver agreements).
- Unjust enrichment or tortious interference (if earnings were lost).
- Consumer protection statutes (state unfair/deceptive practices acts).
- Data/privacy claims: CCPA (California), BIPA (Illinois) for biometric issues, other state privacy laws.
- Civil rights/discrimination claims (if AI was biased against protected class).
- Negligent design or failure to test/monitor AI, and claims for punitive damages if conduct was reckless.
- Requests for injunctions (reinstatement) and preliminary relief.
Possible remedies and parallel routes
- Individual lawsuits seeking damages and reinstatement.
- Class action litigation for systemic harms.
- Administrative complaints to state Attorneys General (consumer protection), FTC, or state privacy regulators.
- Complaints to federal agencies (if civil-rights angle).
- Media exposure and reputational pressure (useful but coordinate with counsel).
How to approach attorneys (initial contact tips)
- Keep initial message short: who you are, concise facts, what harm you suffered, what outcome you want (damages, reinstatement, policy change), what evidence you have, and whether you seek contingency representation.
- Ask whether they have handled cases against gig platforms or involving algorithmic decision-making and whether they retain technical experts.
- Ask about fee structure and next steps for a full intake.
Sample initial email/message (short)
- Subject: Potential plaintiff wrongful deactivation / false safety accusation by Uber
- Body: My name is [name]. I am a [driver/rider] in [city, state]. On [dates] Uber accused me of [brief description], deactivated my account, and/or issued false safety reports. Attached: ride receipts, screenshots, timeline. I lost [estimated $]. I’m seeking counsel to pursue reinstatement and damages and am interested in contingency representation. Do you handle cases vs. gig platforms and algorithmic decision-making? Can we schedule a consultation? [contact info]
How to structure the compiled “list”
- Organize by state for quick access.
- Highlight attorneys who accept contingency fees and those who handle class actions.
- Mark attorneys with matching expertise tags (e.g., “BIPA,” “algorithmic discovery,” “class-action”).
- Keep notes on response times and initial impressions after outreach.
Examples of additional resources and contacts
- State bar referral pages (links per state).
- Electronic Frontier Foundation (privacy/tech litigation resources).
- National Association of Consumer Advocates.
- Local legal aid and law school clinics (may help with intake or referrals).
Practical next steps
- Draft a one-page summary and evidence packet for your case (timeline + key docs).
- Use referral services and directories to identify 5–10 attorneys in your state and neighboring states.
- Send the short initial message above to each and track responses.
- Prioritize attorneys with direct experience suing gig platforms or working with AI/algorithm experts.
- If multiple similar claims exist, ask about class-action potential and coordination with other plaintiffs.
This is general guidance and not legal advice. Always consult a licensed attorney in your state for case-specific advice.
Ubers’ AI Tracking (“?”) Company Violations
Ring Cameras
How, through pictures of any form of drop offs or customer uploads especially if the customer has AI implemented for security. Hence, AI to AI data transmitting.
ANY Form of ID Scanning (Access)
Credit Cards “that is not in the app or associated”
Even if a customer, driver, or business is using a phone with no valuable information inside its still tracking all information. AI to AI data transmitting. Hence, information tracking by ALL AI’s anywhere.
- Banks using AI’s have been giving out customer information without consent “using banking to control how much it pays to drivers outside the companies cap”
- Grocery Stores “AI implemented”
- Gas Stations “related to banking and apps using AI that store CC”
- Online Shopping
- Stock Market
- Any Company that uses electronic transactions and has an AI
- Apps, even if its not the phone the driver uses while on Uber
Police Drones
Ubers’ AI Extortion
The block hrly pay hides the real pay if you’re on Uber Eats “$8 for 38 miles <- this is real”. Basically every day the block is covered so drivers won’t see the real pay and miles; this wasn’t hidden in the beginning. This block is put in place because drivers won’t accept low balling pay which they shouldn’t for a company only given $1 or .50 cent per customer for base pay. Is it a scam, you be the judge. The worse part about this is seeing drivers in brand new BMW , and yes this was the drivers car (not a rental) doing Uber Eats not Uber Ride Share which is insane. Broke Rich People!!
Ubers’ AI “Speed Marathon” & Police
Sets up drivers to get pulled over by police the AI even sends the drive directly where the police is located while using any Bluetooth connection. This turns off and on by AI even if it looks like its on or off, so don’t be fooled. The AI even knows when the police are off the road in certain areas for some time (“?”). Foreigners get off Uber at the right time or work in groups to take over an entire area “pushing”.
55% Political and 100% Ubers’ AI
Ubers’ AI Intentional Vehicle Damage
Fixed roads with permanent pot holes “man-holes” 1/2 to 1 & 1/2 inches above or below ground level. Compliments of politicians fixed roads and in some states excessive speed bumps. 55 and up communities don’t have children, so why excessive speed bumps “Oh, got it, damage control on the elderly that’s rich.” Uber’s AI will choose routes to intentionally damage the drivers vehicle even when there are less intrusive routes for drivers. Remember time is now the essences of tier.
For example: The AI will take you on a bunch of bad streets before it sends a driver on the highway or visa versa. If you understand the damage on tires after hitting a highway for to long or continuously, especially when the highway is never leveled everywhere a driver will understand.
This is One Damage Example Over time:
- Shocks (will be completely shot)
- Ball Joints
- Struts
- Upper and Lower Suspension ($1600 & up Depending on vehicle) each time
- Wheel Alignment
- Front or Back Axel
- Tire bald or Nails (even if brand new) pay attention to streets
It doesn’t matter if vehicle is new or older its still major damage for a short time.
Takes a driver right into construction intentionally. If there are pot holes that have been reported or even speed bumps the AI knows due to records it scrapes. Public DATA SETS
Ubers’ AI Continuous Gas, Electric, & Time Waste
Android Users Only; No Coincidence
Uber & Google – (This Is Huge)
Fake Google updates on a massive repeated level driven by the uber app itself to drivers phone to cause app corruption which triggers Uber’s AI. After or even during the driver will notice notifications for “Opportunity” in blue and why low pay and bad customer experience starts leading to deactivation and fake use of accounts. At times the AI tries to hide it from the driver to out smart the driver. Basically, Uber’s AI thinks its a game to play with humans and always be the winner. This is not a surprise after the company stole their information first. Uber is making it look like its coming from Google’s play store using hacking methods to payback Google by implementing malware on these customers, drivers, and businesses who are paying the price, but ironically not Uber, until now. Several reports and tests have indicated the company is doing plenty of phishing and inserting malware continuously.
- Causing low pay
- IP corruption on phones
- Deactivation under false pretenses
- Unethical face recognition scanning
- Customers ordering from two cities away
- Customers address changed unknowingly
- Fake expensive orders from customers accounts whom never ordered.
Ubers’ AI and Social Media Influence and “This Website”
Drivers who get on youtube recording actually show just how the AI knows exactly what the driver is doing at the time it sends them a customer. It knows if the driver is on another app as well. The AI knows both apps are on and start sending customers to the driver. Depending on how the driver respond it may go into terminator mode.
Ubers’ AI, GPS
Google Mapping System won’t work on android efficiently for long Ubers AI goes into terminator mode. (Where Is The Main Entrance from Ubers mapping system?) Back Door Scraping (GLSR) of Every Company Either In Competition or Gives the Company A Leg Up over all Parties Involved.
Ubers Weekly Pay
Ride Share: 2k – 2,500
Uber Eats: 1,500 – 2k
Package deliveries and shop-deliveries is a daily hit and miss with more down side then up. Despite the .50 cents and $1 dollar foolish underpaid base rate, overall weekly pay still outshines most jobs average pay.
Final Thoughts
Even with major to minor cons and yes their are plenty of pros, if you like to be handled unfairly by an company that hides behind a fully AI operation help yourself to malware and data breaches. Meanwhile, no other company within it’s class compares to the connection of businesses to customers, and drivers on a global scale 24/7.
